I won some Blog Candy & another prize

Wow, it's been one of those days today, first bit of great news was from Shelly, link also on my blog roll, I won her fabulous Blog Candy!!!! Thanks Shelly!! I have emailed you. If you haven't already seen her blog, go take a look, she does great things with Pink Petticoat stuff!

Second bit of news was waiting for me when I got home. There was a new Magazine came in the post that I hadn't ordered........ then I found a compliment slip, and it said 'for my entry in the readers gallery...... it turns out to be an old card that i made for a competition ages ago! So here it is;

I have to say that it has not been photographed very well, the base was actually pale blue Bazzill Bling and the yellow strip across the centre was pale yellow and the scrolls which hardly show up were pale green. The flowers were stamped in various colours then cut out and stuck to the scrolls..... never mind. You get the picture anyway...... I love days like this!!!! keep em coming!!
